దేవితా సరాఫ్ (ఆంగ్లం: Devita Saraf; జననం 1981 జూన్ 25) ముంబైలో జన్మించిన ఒక భారతీయ వ్యాపారవేత్త. ఆమె వియు టెలివిజన్స్ (Vu Televisions) వ్యవస్థాపకురాలు, ఛైర్మన్, సీఈఓ.[1]

దేవితా సరాఫ్ భారతదేశంలోని ముంబైలో జన్మించింది. ఆమె తండ్రి రాజ్‌కుమార్ సరాఫ్ జెనిత్ కంప్యూటర్స్ కు చైర్మన్ గా పనిచేసింది. ఆమె ముంబైలోని క్వీన్ మేరీ స్కూల్లో చదివింది.[2] ఆ తరువాత, ఆమె హెచ్. ఆర్. కాలేజ్ ఆఫ్ కామర్స్ అండ్ ఎకనామిక్స్, యూనివర్శిటీ ఆఫ్ సదరన్ కాలిఫోర్నియాలలో చదివింది, అక్కడ ఆమె బిజినెస్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్ లో బిఎ డిగ్రీ పట్టా పొందింది.[3][4]

దక్షిణ కాలిఫోర్నియా విశ్వవిద్యాలయం నుండి బిజినెస్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్ లో బ్యాచిలర్ డిగ్రీ పూర్తి చేసిన తరువాత ఆమె 24 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో కంపెనీని స్థాపించింది. ఆమె బర్కిలీలోని కాలిఫోర్నియా విశ్వవిద్యాలయం, లండన్ స్కూల్ ఆఫ్ ఎకనామిక్స్ లోనూ అభ్యసించింది.[5][6] ఆమె హార్వర్డ్ బిజినెస్ స్కూల్ ఒపిఎమ్ ప్రోగ్రామ్ ను కూడా అభ్యసించింది.[7]

దేవితా సరాఫ్ కెరీర్ 16 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో, తన తండ్రి మార్గదర్శకత్వంలో జెనిత్ కంప్యూటర్స్ (Zenith Computers) లో ప్రారంభించింది. ఆమె 21 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో మార్కెటింగ్ డైరెక్టర్ గా ఎంపికైంది.[8][9][10] 2006లో ఆమె మార్కెటింగ్ హెడ్ నుండి ముఖ్య కార్యనిర్వాహక అధికారి (సీఈఓ)గా ఎదిగింది.[11]

ది బ్యాంక్ ఆఫ్ న్యూయార్క్ మెల్లన్ దాఖలు చేసిన కేసులో బొంబాయి హైకోర్టు ఆమె తండ్రిని, జెనిత్ ఇన్ఫోటెక్ ప్రమోటర్లను కంపెనీ నిధులను సిబ్బంది ఖాతాలకు బదిలీ చేసినందుకు దోషిగా నిర్ధారించింది. బోర్డ్ ఫర్ ఇండస్ట్రియల్ అండ్ ఫైనాన్షియల్ రీకన్స్ట్రక్షన్ గవర్నమెంట్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా (బిఐఎఫ్ఆర్) ను దాని నిబంధనలకు అనుగుణంగా వ్యవహరించాలని ఆదేశించింది.[21]

సెక్యూరిటీస్ అండ్ ఎక్స్ఛేంజ్ బోర్డ్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా (ఎస్ఇబిఐఐ) జెనిత్ ఇన్ఫోటెక్ లిమిటెడ్, దాని ఆరుగురు ప్రమోటర్లు వాటాదారులకు నోటీసు ఇవ్వకుండా సిబ్బంది ఖాతాలకు నిధులను మోసపూరితంగా తొలగించారని ఆరోపించింది. 2013 మార్చి 25 నాటికి, సెబి ప్రమోటర్లను సెక్యూరిటీల మార్కెట్ ను యాక్సెస్ చేయకుండా లేదా ఏ విధంగానైనా సెక్యూరిటీలలో వర్తకం చేయకుండా నిరోధించింది. సెబీచే చేర్చబడిన ఆరుగురు ప్రమోటర్లు దేవితా సరాఫ్, ఆమె తండ్రి రాజ్‌కుమార్ సరాఫ్, ఆకాష్ కుమార్ సరాఫ్ విజయరాణి సరాఫ్ వియు టెక్నాలజీస్, జెనిత్ టెక్నాలజీస్.[22][23]
