అనూజా ట్రెహాన్ కపూర్ (జననం 24 అక్టోబర్ 1975) ఒక భారతీయ క్రిమినల్ సైకాలజిస్ట్, ఆమె కౌన్సిలర్, సామాజిక కార్యకర్త, న్యాయవాదిగా కూడా ప్రసిద్ది చెందింది.[1][2][3][4]

ప్రారంభ జీవితం, విద్య

భారతదేశంలోని ఢిల్లీలో ఒక పంజాబీ కుటుంబంలో జన్మించారు. ఢిల్లీలోని తీస్ హజారీలోని క్వీన్ మేరీ స్కూల్లో చదివిన ఆమె ఆ తర్వాత ఢిల్లీ యూనివర్సిటీ నుంచి సైకాలజీలో బ్యాచిలర్ డిగ్రీ, క్రిమినాలజీలో మాస్టర్స్ డిగ్రీ పొందారు.

కపూర్ తరువాత ఢిల్లీ విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలోని ఆంత్రోపాలజీ విభాగం నుండి ఫోరెన్సిక్ సైన్స్లో మరొక కోర్సును పూర్తి చేశారు. జపాన్ లోని టోకియావా ఇంటర్నేషనల్ విక్టిమాలజీ ఇన్ స్టిట్యూట్ నుంచి విక్టిమాలజీలో ఇంటర్నేషనల్ డిప్లొమా చేశారు. సీసీఎస్ యూనివర్సిటీలో ఎల్ఎల్బీ పూర్తి చేశారు.[5]

వృత్తి జీవితం

ఢిల్లీ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం నుండి పట్టభద్రురాలైన తరువాత, కపూర్ ఢిల్లీ పబ్లిక్ స్కూల్లో స్టూడెంట్ కౌన్సిలర్గా చేరారు. ఆ తర్వాత క్యూర్స్ ఎన్జీవోలో ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ డైరెక్టర్గా చేరారు.[6]

ఇంద్రాణి ముఖర్జియా కేసు, సోమనాథ్ భారతి కేసు, ఆశారాం బాపు కేసు, సునంద పుష్కర్, 2008 నోయిడా డబుల్ మర్డర్ కేసు (దీనిని "ఆరుషి హత్య" కేసు అని పిలుస్తారు), 2012 ఢిల్లీ సామూహిక అత్యాచారం ("నిర్భయ రేప్ కేసు"గా పిలుస్తారు),, 2014 బదౌన్ గ్యాంగ్ రేప్ ఆరోపణలు వంటి వివిధ హైప్రొఫైల్ క్రిమినల్ కేసులపై కపూర్ సిద్ధాంతాలను పంచుకోవడం ప్రారంభించారు.[7]

ఒక మనస్తత్వవేత్తగా ఆమె అసాధారణ ప్రవర్తన, ఆత్మహత్య, పిల్లల మనస్తత్వశాస్త్రం, విడాకులు, బెదిరింపు, పునర్వివాహం, పిల్లలపై దాని ప్రభావాలు, సోషల్ మీడియా, నెట్వర్కింగ్, సంబంధాల సమస్యలకు సంబంధించిన వివిధ మానసిక, మానసిక సమస్యలపై ఇన్పుట్ను పంచుకుంటుంది.[8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]

కపూర్ నిర్భయా ఏక్ శక్తి అనే ప్రభుత్వేతర సంస్థను స్థాపించారు, ఇది సెంటర్ ఫర్ విక్టిమ్ అసిస్టెన్స్.[17][18] ఆగ్రాలోని బాధితులకు కౌన్సిలింగ్ ఇవ్వడానికి ఆమె ఒక రోజు హీరోస్ కేఫ్ లో గడిపింది.[19] ఆపరేషన్ నిర్భీక్ కింద మున్సిపల్, ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల్లోని పలువురు ప్రభుత్వ విద్యార్థులకు కౌన్సెలింగ్ నిర్వహించారు.[19][20] యాసిడ్ దాడి బాధితుల కోసం ఆమె గళం విప్పింది.[21]

డబ్ల్యూఎస్వీ, విక్టిమ్ సపోర్ట్ ఆస్ట్రేలియా, ఏంజెల్హాండ్స్, ఆస్ట్రేలియన్ ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ క్రిమినాలజీ నిర్వహించిన 15వ అంతర్జాతీయ సింపోజియంకు కపూర్ హాజరయ్యారు.[22]

2017 మార్చిలో ఢిల్లీకి చెందిన 24 ఏళ్ల మోడల్ బాలిక, 16 ఏళ్ల నేపాలీ బాలికపై అత్యాచారం చేసి, ఆపై బలవంతంగా వ్యభిచారంలోకి దింపిన కేసును కపూర్ సమర్థించారు.

ఢిల్లీలో నివసిస్తున్న ఆమె ఢిల్లీకి చెందిన అమిత్ కపూర్ అనే వ్యాపారవేత్తను వివాహం చేసుకుంది. వీరికి ఇద్దరు కుమారులు.[6]
